LAB | The Studio

Welcome to the Lab

A living workspace for experimental apps, prototypes, and ideas designed for fast-moving minds.

Here, every tool is built and evolved in public. Each app is meant to make thinking, planning, and doing easier for neurodivergent creators, founders, and anyone who wants less friction.

Browse the projects below: each app has its own page, sharing reasonings, development journey, and how it’s meant to help. It’s not about hype or exclusivity—it’s a space for practical solutions, honest iteration, and tools that adapt to real brains in real time.

  • Explore the current builds

  • See the evolution behind each app

  • Dive into the thinking and research driving every feature

Later, this page will also host my writing lab, documenting ongoing versions of essays, guides, and research—work in progress, shipped in public, open for feedback.

Let’s move ideas from chaos to clarity—together.

From

START • STICK• DELIVER

to

START • STICK• SHIP (V3)

V1

Flow Builder is your neurodivergent-savvy planning space.
It guides you through three phases—START (dump thoughts), STICK (structure with AI), DELIVER (concrete next steps).

  • Choose Energy Level to adapt tone and pace.
  • Pour ideas into Creative Brain Dump.
  • Get Organised Thoughts with themes, sections, and action lists.
  • Chat with the ADHD Creative Coach to sharpen scope, timelines, and micro-tasks.
  • Use Visual Inspiration for title ideas, hooks, imagery, or moodboards.

Built with AWS PartyRock (Bedrock under the hood) for fast prototyping and composable prompts. Public beta.

Why it works (for ADHD brains)

  • Externalizes cognition: offload the swirl, reduce working-memory load.
  • Energy-aware: pace matches how you feel now, not how you “should” feel.
  • From fuzzy to concrete: transforms fragments into a plan with first moves.
  • Coach loop: collaborative refinement prevents perfectionism stalls.

Key features

  • Energy-aware setup (low high)
  • Free-form Brain Dump auto Organized Outline
  • ADHD Creative Coach (tone: supportive, non-judgmental, tactical)
  • Visual Inspiration (hooks, titles, imagery cues)
  • Export-friendly outputs (copy/paste to Notes/Docs/Notion)

Ideal for

Writers, students, founders, and creators who ideate fast but struggle to shape and ship.

START • STICK• DELIVER

V2

From chaos to shipped in one sitting

Start. Stop. Deliver. 2.0 — turn messy notes into a time-boxed plan, a distraction-proof sprint, and a finished deliverable.

How it evolved:

Built for the AWS PartyRock Hackathon, Start. Stop. Deliver. 2.0 is an ADHD-aware workbench: set a Goal, paste Messy Notes, choose a Timebox, Mode (Writing/Study/Task/Creative) and Tone (Direct/Plain/Playful/Academic). It generates a Start Plan, a Stick Sprint Card, a real-time Distraction Guard, and a polished Deliverable with a Final Pack you can ship.

This tool guides you through three friction-free phases:

  1. START — clarify the goal, tame chaos into sections, risks, and first moves.
  2. STICK — work from a Sprint Card with timed micro-tasks and guardrails that catch scope creep and distractions.
  3. DELIVER — auto-format the output (post, outline, study summary, checklist, etc.), then bundle it in a Final Pack to copy/export.

Inputs: Goal • Messy Notes • Timebox (10/20/30 min) • Mode • Tone • Sensitivity tags.
Outputs: Start Plan • Stick Sprint Card • Distraction Guard notes • Deliverable • Final Pack.

Why it works (ADHD-aware)

  • Timeboxing first instant start, less decision fatigue
  • Mode/Tone conditioning output matches context (study vs. creative, direct vs. academic)
  • Distraction Guard captures tangents without losing flow
  • Done-state artifacts you leave with a shippable file, not just “better notes”

Key features

  • Goal + Messy Notes intake (no judgment)
  • Timebox presets (10/20/30)
  • Mode: Writing / Study / Task / Creative
  • Tone: Direct / Plain / Playful / Academic
  • Sensitivity tags (keeps personal data out of outputs)
  • Start Plan, Stick Sprint Card, Distraction Guard
  • Deliverable formatter + Final Pack (copy/export-ready)

Start fast.  Stick to it. Deliver proud.

V3

START. STICK. SHIP. 3.0

From chaos to ‘done’ without drama

Start • Stick • Deliver 3.0 turns scattered thoughts into shippable work.

  • Start: Pick Energy (High/Calm/Low/Scattered) + Flow Time (5–100). Dump everything.
  • Stick: The system organizes ideas, keeps scope tight, and a Creative Buddy helps you iterate while a validation graph unlocks panels in sequence.
  • Deliver: Generate a Finished Creation (post, outline, study sheet, checklist, etc.) and hit Achievement Unlocked when time + output criteria are met.
  • Visual Inspiration: Optional sparks tuned to your energy/time.

Built on AWS PartyRock (Bedrock), optimised for zero judgment and fast progress.

Why it works (ADHD-aware)

  • Energy-matched coaching reduces friction.
  • Time slider respects micro-windows (5–15 min) and deeper sprints.
  • Guardrails > willpower: unlocks + alerts keep you moving forward.
  • Done-state artifacts: you leave with a finished thing, not “better notes.”

Key features

  • Name personalisation + Energy Level presets
  • Flow Time slider (5–100)
  • Creative Brain Dump Organised Thoughts Finished Creation
  • Creative Buddy (context-aware)
  • Dependency/validation + Achievement Unlocked
  • Visual Inspiration tuned to energy/time
  • Copy-out for Notion/Docs

Adapt to your energy. Ship anyway.

What changed from 1.0  2.0 3.0

1.0 — Flow Builder (foundation)

  • Brain Dump Organized Thoughts Coach Visuals.
  • ADHD-aware prompts; simple “energy” dial; outline + next steps.

2.0 — Start • Stick • Deliver (workflow engine)

  • Introduced the three-phase rail: START plan STICK sprint card + Distraction Guard DELIVER formatted output.
  • Added timeboxing presets (10/20/30), Mode (Writing/Study/Task/Creative), Tone (Direct/Plain/Playful/Academic), and Sensitivity tags.
  • Produced a Final Pack so users leave with a shippable asset, not just notes.

3.0 — Start • Stick • Deliver 3.0 (adaptive + guard-railed)

  • Personalized session framing: “Your Name” + Energy Level now drives system tone and pace (High / Calm / Low 🌙 / Scattered 🔄).
  • Flow Time slider (5–100) replaces rigid presets micro or deep sessions without decision overhead.
  • Dependency graph & validation: panels only unlock when prerequisites exist (e.g., Brain Dump + Flow Time) fewer dead ends. (You can see the red alerts in Creative Buddy / Achievement Unlocked.)
  • Creative Buddy refactor: a friendlier, context-aware assistant that adapts to energy and time, not just task type.
  • Organized Thoughts Finished Creation is now a single gradient: dump clustering outline draft, so users don’t “fall between panels.”
  • Visual Inspiration is gated and tuned by Name • Energy • Time • Dump ideas match mood + time budget.
  • Achievement Unlocked panel celebrates completion conditions (time met + output created) dopamine loop without shame.
  • UX polish: clearer microcopy (“Captured, not followed”), calmer colors, bigger fields, and fewer knobs.
